Our Story
ThriveLink was founded by nurses, social workers, and medical assistants who have lived this problem from both sides — as clinical staff watching patients leave without the help they came for, and as families who struggled to navigate a system that was never designed with them in mind. We built ThriveLink because we knew that referrals weren't enough. Connecting someone to a resource is not the same as helping them access it. The paperwork, the phone calls, the eligibility requirements, the literacy barriers — those are the reasons families fall through the cracks, and they are exactly what we set out to eliminate.
