Welcome to Nutrible Inc.! Nutrible Inc., along with its affiliates and subsidiary companies (collectively "Nutrible Inc."), welcomes you to its website located at nutrible.com (this "Site"), whether as a casual visitor, service provider, or a member. By accessing, viewing, or using the content, material, or services available on or through this Site, you, for yourself and on behalf of any person, organization, entity, or employer for which you are acting ("you"), acknowledge that you have read and understand the following terms and conditions (the "Terms and Conditions") and that you agree to the Terms and Conditions and intend to be legally bound by them. These Terms and Conditions may be changed at any time. Any change to these Terms and Conditions shall be effective when notice of such change is posted. Your continued use of the Site after any changes to these Terms and Conditions are posted will be considered acceptance of such changes. All names, trademarks, service marks, symbols, slogans, and logos appearing on the Site are proprietary to Nutrible Inc. or its affiliates, licensors, or suppliers. Nutrible Inc. - Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy, represent the entire agreement between you and Nutrible Inc. with respect to the subject matter hereof, and supersede any and all prior and contemporaneous written and oral representations, understandings, and agreements, express and implied, and will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, without reference to its conflict of law rules; PROVIDED, HOWEVER, THAT THE TERMS OF ANY APPLICABLE LAW NOW OR HEREAFTER ENACTED THAT IS BASED ON, DERIVED FROM, SIMILAR TO, OR CONNECTED WITH THE UNIFORM COMPUTER INFORMATION TRANSACTIONS ACT DRAFTED BY THE NATIONAL CONFERENCE OF COMMISSIONERS ON UNIFORM STATE LAWS SHALL NOT APPLY EXCEPT TO THE EXTENT THAT THE LAW EXPRESSLY PROHIBITS ALTERATION BY THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF THE APPLICABILITY OF ONE OR MORE SECTIONS OF THE LAW.
By accessing, viewing, or using the works, content, or materials on this Site, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the federal and state courts presiding in Camden, DE and agree to accept service of process by personal delivery or mail and hereby waive any and all jurisdictional and venue defenses otherwise available. Any claim or cause of action you may have with respect to Nutrible Inc. or the Site must be commenced within one year after the claim or cause of action arose.

Our Website
We maintain a website to provide general information about our services to the public. We collect personal and other information about users over time and across different websites and devices when you use our website. For example, we may collect your name, email address, phone number, the name of your company, and the state or region where you reside when you request a demo of our software, request to receive our newsletters or blog updates, fill out a Contact Us form, contact us by email or phone, apply for a position at Nutrible Inc., or provide us feedback. We also have third parties that collect personal information this way. We, or our vendors, use several common online tracking tools to collect this information. Nutrible Inc. reserves the right to change this policy at any time, which changes shall be available on the Nutrible Inc. website. Nutrible Inc. reserves the right to make the revised or changed policy effective for the personal information we already have about you as well as any personal information we receive about you in the future.
Notice to Website Users Located Outside the U.S.:
Nutrible Inc. operates in accordance with the laws of the U.S. When you access our website from outside the U.S., we may transfer the personal information that we collect from you to a location outside of your jurisdiction, including the U.S. The data protection laws in these jurisdictions may not provide you with the same protections as those of your jurisdiction.
